nice location, near at Joseph Cathedral, train street, there is a Bar nearby. The hotel is quiet old , it got Lift, comfortable room and bed ,clean and spacious..

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel overall. The place was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating, which made the experience even better. The room was well-maintained and had everything We needed for a relaxing stay.
One thing to keep in mind, though, is that the hotel doesn’t have an elevator. If you’re assigned to an upper floor, be prepared to take the stairs—so it might be a bit challenging if you’re carrying heavy luggage or not used to climbing.
Aside from that, everything else was great, and I would still recommend this hotel, especially if you don’t mind a bit of a workout going up and down the stairs.

This hotel is conveniently located in the Old Quarter, just a short walk from Hoan Kiem Lake, where you can enjoy a relaxing stroll and explore numerous nearby food stalls. The staff are warm, friendly, and proficient in English, making communication easy throughout the stay. Housekeeping is also commendable, as the room is cleaned and refreshed every time you step out.

The hotel is within old quarter near or walking distance to some spots and recommended restos. The hotel staff are friendly and accommodating. They also offer transfers going to airport. The room is clean, functioning AC, they clean the room everyday, provided new towel and toiletries everyday. Breakfast is also included. wifi sometimes got slow but its ok. Overall it is highly recommended, and definitely will book here again soon.

The hotel staff and manager (Hong) gave us an excellent welcome as soon as we arrived. They explained the hotel, even took note of the fact that we wouldn't be able to make it to breakfast, and arranged for breakfast and coffee to be prepared for us at 6:00 AM. The breakfast area and bar are in a very good location. Highly recommended.

PLACE: Near Old St., close to everything like cafes, restaurants, 7/11, and the lake. The room was bigger than expected for us; there were three of us, but we were given a family room. FOOD: We had free breakfast, but it wasn't a buffet. You ordered your meal, and it was delicious.

love this hotel. location is perfect. downstairs were the not so popular restaurants as yet in soc med but food is great - and frequented by locals. try the steak somewhere near. the dessert next door. the rice meals on the other corner. short walk from Old Quarter, the market and Ho Kiem Lake. there’s this fruit lady a few steps away downstairs where I buy from everyday. we were given the only room in the 9th floor room where we end the day in the tub. the room is not new and could use a few repairs but overall, the room is nice and spacious. walk around and you will see those places they recommend in socmed without even trying.

The hotel was easily accessible and has a good location. I would like to commend the staff especially David and their other receptionist who helped us check in early to let us rest after our sleeper bus transfer and also helped us transfer to their sister hotel so we will have somewhere to stay in before our evening flight on the same day as our check out from Delica. The room is cleaned regularly and the facilities are quite new. For our room, the space is quite small and the aircon takes some time to cool the room. The breakfast buffet also had a good selection and was filling. It is really a great stay in Hanoi!
