This hotel is good, but the area beside it, the alley, is a bit smelly and dirty. I recommend staying here for one or two nights maximum, just for a short stopover. I do not recommend staying for more than two or three days.

all I can say is everything was perfect ! staff were accommodating and helpful. The hotel staff were waiting for us early in the morning to help with our luggage’s but since we can’t check in yet they let us used their spa to fresh in up . the interior was super fancy and cozy . since our flight is in early in the morning we thought we couldn’t eat breakfast buffet but actually the prepare us breakfast instead . we will definitely stay to this hotel again when we get back to Hanoi .

fantastic stay. highly recommend this hotel. clean and spacious interior. just across the hotel is a Michelin restaurant. check in and check out is fuss free. service is also very pleasant. buffet breakfast spread is delightful.

The staff was really friendly and spoke good English! They were willing to answer our questions and took initiative in helping us! The bellboys were lovely and always smiling! We arrived at the hotel immediately after our train from sa pa early in the morning. We understood that we couldn’t check in that early, but the check in staff very kindly offered for us to wash up in the shower facilities, which really helped us freshen up for our tour in the day. The breakfast at the hotel was plentiful, with a great variety of food! Overall, this was a great experience and the location was convenient as well.

This is definitely one of the best hotels in Southeast Asia that I've stayed. Everything has been well looked after. The room was superb and all the staff are very friendly – especially the managers (Mai and Sam). They serve authentic pho for breakfast, which is so delicious. The hotel is within the Old Quarter and you can visit the markets and shopping centres. I highly recommend this hotel!
