The hotel staff welcomed us warmly and helped us on our stay. The overall cleanliness of the Hotel is excellent. Delicious breakfast is being served and the hotel location is very good as it is very near the attractions at Hanoi Old Quarter. A Three Star Hotel with 5 star experience.

Although the hotel is a little bit old, the room is spacious and comfortable. Location is in the heart of Old Quarters. Walking distance to train street, Don Xuan market and the weekend night market. Staff were very helpful & accommodating. I recommend staying in this hotel if you're visiting Hanoi.

We stayed here for 6D5N and highly recommend it for anyone staying in Hanoi Old Quarter! 😊 The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Since we arrived early, they stored our luggage and gave us a map with recommendations for attractions, money exchange, food, coffee, and beer spots. They also helped bring our luggage to our room—excellent customer service! The location is convenient. From the airport, take Bus 86 (orange bus) and get off at 162 Tran Quang Khai, then walk ~15 mins or take Grab with big luggage. Hoan Kiem Lake and the night market are ~10–15 mins away, while a convenience store is 1–2 mins away and a laundry shop ~4 mins away. Our room was spacious, clean, allergy-friendly, and well-maintained. AC, ceiling fan, good water pressure, and complete amenities. Housekeeping cleaned daily and restocked water, coffee, and tea. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. For our early checkout, they even prepared takeaway breakfast. Such a thoughtful gesture!
