It just so happened that we were the only two travelers that day, so it was like having a private car, which was a great deal. Our guide and driver, Mr. Li, was very courteous and gave us a general introduction to the attractions. He was also very reliable driving in the snowy season.
The weather was good during the day, and the scenery at Hell Valley was great. However, the weather started to deteriorate when we got to Lake Toya. It was a pity that we didn't get to see Mount Yotei at Nakayama Pass due to the weather and the fading light. The two cultural attractions, Date Jidaimura and Hill Lake Farm, were also quite good, both fun and delicious.
Overall, the itinerary was rich but a bit tight. It would probably be very suitable in the summer. For those who want to learn about the background of the Yotei-zan "battle demon" and study the topography, although the game content wasn't mentioned, it would be very meaningful to visit after playing the game. It's a great package tour!
