Sapporo Noboribetsu Jigokudani & Lake Toya Full-Day Tour with Iconic Photo Stops

Tour guide Andy was very kind and did a great job showing us around with enthusiasm. All the spots had wonderful scenery, so personally, I liked this better than the Biei area.

I chose this tour because there weren't many options with a Korean-speaking guide for this particular route. I also liked the late start, which allowed for a relaxed morning. Ultimately, I was very satisfied. The tour was led by two guides, one Korean-speaking and one English-speaking. Our Korean-speaking guide, Sei, was particularly excellent, sharing interesting folklore and historical stories related to each spot, which made the travel enjoyable and never boring. I also appreciated her proactive efforts to take photos for us! If I visit Japan again, I would definitely like to use Tour Story!

I had a truly enjoyable and happy time on this trip to Hokkaido, visiting Noboribetsu, Lake Toya, and the Niseko Farm together. Above all, I would like to sincerely thank our guide for making such wonderful memories of the trip. By explaining the history, culture, and nature of each place in an easy-to-understand way, every single scenery that I might have just passed by felt even more special. I was especially impressed by how thoughtfully you guided us so we could fully experience the charm of each location, from the wondrous nature of Noboribetsu and the stunning views of Lake Toya, to the relaxed and peaceful scenery we encountered at the Niseko Farm. Even during the long travel times, you never lost your bright smile and kindness, and your warm consideration was felt in the way you carefully looked after each and every traveler. You pointed out great photo spots and constantly made sure we had no discomfort during the trip, which made it even more comfortable and enjoyable. I think the depth of a travel memory depends not only on beautiful places, but also on who you share them with. Thanks to meeting our guide on this trip, the landscapes of Hokkaido will likely be remembered even more beautifully. I would like to express my gratitude once again to our guide for the dedicated guidance and for creating such wonderful memories. And above all, I sincerely cheer on our guide's youth, constantly taking on new challenges and building your own dreams. I hope that your current passion and positive energy will become a solid strength in your future life, allowing you to create more experiences and beautiful stories in a wider world. This tour allowed us to explore Hokkaido's magnificent nature all at once, from Noboribetsu Jigokudani to Lake Toya, and from the ranch to Mount Yotei. The weather was absolutely perfect, which made it even better! Our guide, Sei, was especially passionate; he was always eager to take photos for us and shared fascinating stories and legends about Hokkaido's history and each spot, making the bus rides enjoyable and never boring. Thanks to his guidance, we even got to ride a helicopter at the Silo Observatory! We're leaving with wonderful memories, all thanks to him!

It was wonderful, and even though the guide was young (by my standards), they were incredibly friendly and explained everything so well to everyone.
