• Pre-departure notice: One day before departure, we will send confirmation information via email, including the license plate number, tour guide contact information, and meeting-related information. Please be sure to pay attention to the email address you provided and check it in a timely manner.
• Assembly and Punctuality: Please make sure to arrive at the meeting point in advance. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated and no refunds will be issued. Please bear the consequences yourself.
• Itinerary Adjustment: The itinerary time and sequence may be adjusted due to weather, road conditions, or scenic spot conditions. Thank you for your understanding.
• Force majeure: In the event of severe weather, natural disasters, or temporary closures of attractions, the itinerary may be changed or cancelled.

Attraction information

• Noboribetsu Jigokudani (Hell Valley): Winter snow accumulation and icy roads. Please watch your step to prevent slips, and tour according to the weather and on-site conditions of the day.
• Showa Shinzan Bear Ranch: Brown bears are wild animals. Please follow the on-site regulations, do not approach or touch the animals, and follow the staff's instructions for the feeding experience.
• Lake Hill Farm: Some facilities and products at the ranch may be adjusted due to seasons, weather, or business conditions. The actual arrangements on-site shall prevail.
• Lake Toya Snowmobile: The snowmobile activity may be canceled due to weather, snow conditions, or on-site circumstances. In the event of cancellation, it will be changed to sightseeing at the Lake Toya Silo Observatory; experience fees are at your own expense, and cash payment only.
• Lake Toya Sero Observatory: In the event of severe weather, snow accumulation, road conditions, or other circumstances, the scenery and tour arrangements may be subject to adjustment.

Prohibitions & Limitations

• This activity is not recommended for anyone with impaired physical mobility
• This activity is not recommended for anyone with certain medical conditions such as high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.
• It is your responsibility to inform the operator if you have any special health conditions. The operator is not responsible for any adverse effects which may arise from any treatment.

• Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
• Child seats are not available

Vehicle & luggage info

• The operator has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued

Confirmation

• You'll get confirmation within 24 hours. If you don't receive a confirmation email, reach out to our customer support.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 4 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
