All of the amenities are functioning right except the water station, the cold water is not available. A vendo at the snacking area could be also useful. Nonetheless, I had a great experience with Shan Yue and will definitely comeback for more.

I had a wonderful trip to Yangmingshan and Beitou! Our tour guide was very friendly and helpful. He shared many interesting stories about the history and local life in Taiwan, and helped us take lots of beautiful photos. The whole group got along so well, making the trip even more enjoyable. #JasonWolf

Benson Lo was a very friendly and informative driver that got us to each location safely and swiftly. He even gave us his recommendations at each stop. Loved how the destinations were packaged together, which otherwise would’ve been difficult to get to on your own. Highly recommend!

this was my first ever tour and it was the best among all other 3 I had! Guide Zoe was so knowledgeable, kind and friendly. we had 2 vans, and we were lucky to have her sit with us despite other van being a newer one😄. yangmingshan grassland was such a highlight! some of us did manage to climb to the peak and be back within the time frame, so didn’t feel like we missed out much. afterwards, the ecological pond walk was a very nice walk too! lunch was a good time to get to know people, and walk around the neighbourhood was cute. after that, public hot spring, flower clock, museum were less interesting to us but Zoe engaged us well. the walk around sulfur valley and Beitou hot spring was good. she gave us recommendations fr food and things to do. small group tours are always best. thank u Zoe!

Awesome trip! Our tour guide, Jenny, was so lively and energetic. Also, our group was composed of diverse nationalities, which made it wonderful. Lastly, the weather was really good, allowing us to visit all the places on the itinerary. Highly recommended!

The reserved public hot spring had a few more people than expected. There are three types of hot springs, which were comfortable 😌. The resting area only offered cookies and apples; it would be even better if there could be a few more snack and fruit options. The space in the nap area is limited and requires waiting, but sleeping inside is very comfortable. The shower water pressure is strong, the water temperature is pleasant, and the bath products are good, but the skincare products only included toner and body lotion with no facial cream. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future.

I placed my order 1.5 hours before departure in the morning, and it was ready to use upon arrival, which was very convenient! The counter staff kindly informed me that the salad bar is not available in the morning and asked if I wanted to extend my time by an hour for a similar price. The service attitude was great. The hot water in the hot spring room is indeed hot spring water, but the cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities and amenities inside the room leave much to be desired, and there is no Wi-Fi available. If these issues are improved, I would consider experiencing it again.
