It's a little distance from the main tourist street, but it's a great experience for people who like to take a walk and see the local environment. Unfortunately, the public bath was under maintenance during my stay and I didn't experience it. I did experience the private bath and liked it very much.

It's very close to the station. This time I stayed in a quad room with bunk beds. It has an industrial style, the equipment is very new, the environment is clean, and breakfast is ordered directly from the cafe on the first floor, hot pressed sandwiches + drinks. The breakfast is also delicious, and the staff is friendly!

Love this place! it's a bit expensive but believe me, super worth the price! the service, food, room and onsen (especially the private onsen) will give u a "WOW" !

very good experience. very spacious and clean room. a lot of facilities available in room: massage chair, private hot spring. the only problem is that their meals portion is a bit small. food isn’t the best. but it’s good value for money overall

The hotel is very beautiful. There is a shuttle from the station to the hotel (reservation required). There are also some experience classes that you can participate in. It's quite interesting. The check-out time is 12 o'clock. You can have breakfast and then take a bath before checking out. It's very comfortable~~ It's a bit troublesome. There is an outdoor route from the lobby to the room. It happened to be raining this time, so it was a bit hard to hold an umbrella. It's the same route from the room to the hot spring, but after the hot spring, there are free drinks and popsicles to eat. It's great. The public hot spring provides towels and Dyson hair dryers. It's great. You can choose to soak indoors or outdoors~~ Although there is no elevator in the room, you can ask the hotel staff to help carry your luggage🥹🥹 So touching

We had difficulty select the villa style rooms since each type has different layout plan and price range, so you should do some research online. But finally choose a Western bed with separate living room and indoor and outdoor onsen. The Sakura room is big and nice but situated across from the main building with reception area by a alley. The bedroom has Japanese screen windows so is not 100% blackout. Our room has microwave and small frig with complimentary drinks. However, strangely no body lotion provided, so we had to buy at the convenience store. A lady staff at reception is not friendly and not helpful with directions, maybe we spoke English?! And they never responded my email before arrival! Hope this doesn’t happen to you. So we rely on self help but we still enjoyed the stay and dinner at their restaurant. We booked room only plan so we can enjoy the cafes around Yufuin. It was snowing during our stay which made it more fun!
