Our Kyoto tour was absolutely wonderful, thanks to our outstanding guide. He was extremely well-mannered, very cooperative, and genuinely friendly, which made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable from the very beginning. He listened carefully to what we wanted to see and made sure every detail was thoughtfully covered.
Not only did he show us all the places on our list, but he also went above and beyond by introducing us to additional spots we wouldn’t have discovered on our own. His knowledge, flexibility, and warm personality truly enhanced our visit to Kyoto. We highly recommend this tour guide to anyone visiting Kyoto—he made our experience unforgettable.adding to that the good restaurants recommendations

We had an amazing experience on our Nara, Fushimi Inari Taisha and Kyoto tour! Our guide Willa was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and made every moment enjoyable with fascinating stories and local insights. Everything was well-organized, and we felt truly taken care of throughout the day. It was the perfect way to explore these beautiful places—highly recommended! 1000/10!

The guide was very informative and spoke good English. The timing of the walk was fantastic, being early morning, so there were fewer crowds. We got really good pictures from those places. It was to the point. The transport was via metro and train, so it was very nice, but you need to be ready for a lot of walking. That was not an issue with us. I highly recommend this kind of tour.

Did this tour with my family and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. Our tour guide Aki was kind, informative and always ensured no one was left behind. I really enjoyed the historical facts she provided while we walked through the gardens of Tenryu-ji Temple. The photos speak for themselves on how beautiful it was. After reading the reviews I wasn’t expecting very much with the lunch buffet but I liked it. It gave me Japanese school camp mess hall vibes and was tasty. Everything went to plan and based on my experience I would 100% recommend this tour. However, I understand some people get unlucky when the boat ride is cancelled due to low water levels or excess rain, and the river ride is a huge part of the experience. Thank you to the HIS team for an unforgettable day! どうもありがとうございます

My family and I, together with my wife and our 7 year old daughter, joined a wonderful day tour visiting Katsuoji Temple, Arashiyama Bamboo Grove, and the famous Kiyomizu-dera. The entire trip was well organized and very enjoyable for all of us.
Each destination offered something special. Katsuoji Temple was peaceful and unique with its many Daruma dolls, Arashiyama Bamboo Grove was breathtaking, and Kiyomizu-dera was truly impressive with its beautiful views and historic atmosphere.
What made the tour even more memorable was our guide, Nick. He was entertaining, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Throughout the trip he shared interesting facts, stories, and historical insights about each location, making the journey both fun and educational.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience for my family. Nick’s enthusiasm and guidance made the tour smooth, engaging, and very memorable. Highly recommended for families visiting Osaka and Kyoto.

Very impressed with both the guide, Mr. Chan, and the tour program. It's a little unfortunate that it was very windy and cold today, and the river water was low, so the boat tour was canceled, but we got a refund for that portion (although not all of it). Very impressed. The route after the train ride has a short time of only 2.5 hours. If you can endure not having a serious lunch, you can complete everything, but we were hungry, so we ate at a tea shop for half an hour (many delicious shops). We didn't go to the monkey park because we don't like monkeys, but we went to Tenryu-ji Temple instead, and then out to the bamboo forest, which has a path leading down to the river, and then back to the main road. If you don't shop or stroll, or stand in line to buy coffee at the famous shop, you can make it to the kimono forest. I recommend using AI to help plan the walking route to make the walk smooth. In conclusion, the guide was very good, better than other routes (judging from asking other guides while waiting for the bus, others were very moody even though they were from the same company). Thank you very much for this special day.

It was my first trip to Japan with just my son, so I was hesitant, but I ended up using this tour. I was very worried, but thanks to our guides Ruri and Woohee, who are fluent in both Korean and English, and the bus driver who drove us safely, I was able to have a fun tour with my son. The places they recommended at each tour point were also great. I plan to use the tour again next time. I hope I can see you again then~! Thank you!
