We joined a one-day tour with our guide, Emma. She was full of humor, and since there were Japanese, Chinese, and Filipino speakers on the bus, she patiently repeated everything three times. I've included a photo of Emma walking in the snow from behind. Biei Farm was the most enjoyable stop; we rode snowmobiles. I highly recommend getting one per person for a better experience, but the person in front of me was too slow this time, so I didn't get to experience the thrill of speeding up. You absolutely must try the milk and ice cream at Biei; they were delicious! However, be aware that ice cream is not allowed on the bus, and if your tour includes a meal, you might not have enough time to finish your ice cream. The only downside of the one-day tour was that we had to leave Asahiyama Zoo before seeing all the animals. The Ningle Terrace was wet and a bit dirty due to melting snow, and without the lights on, it wasn't very impressive. We should have spent more time at the zoo, haha. If it's not dark yet, you're not interested in creative crafts, and you haven't eaten properly all day, I suggest eating directly at the restaurants near Prince Snow Resort instead of going into Ningle Terrace, as the restaurants close at 3:30 PM.

Serina was our tour guide for this trip. She was very kind and helpful in taking our grouo photo. Just sad not to be able to witness the penguin walk. Note to self for next time: always check schedule online.

We really enjoyed the tour! 😍 Everything was great, the itinerary, especially the penguin walk. The bus was comfortable, and of course our tour guide, Vivi, was amazing! She was very kind and accommodating, and she speaks English very well. We will definitely book another tour with Klook again.🇯🇵🥶❄️

The tourguide is very easy to speak with and has patience even though other people are not going back to the bus on time. I had a great tour. I would recommend this tour to explore the famous spots in Hokkaido.

Highly recommended, with a very helpful, funny, and hospitable tour guide. The bus and driver were nice. Overall, I was very satisfied with this tour, and the most memorable experience was when we played snowmobiling. Thank you.

I’d like to commend your team for accommodating our last-minute booking so seamlessly. The transportation assignment was excellent—smooth, well-organized, and perfectly timed. We truly appreciated being placed in a small group that respected everyone’s time, making the experience relaxed and efficient. Our tour guide Rii was outstanding, demonstrating impressive knowledge about the tour and each destination we visited. Their insights into the places, history, and local culture made the experience both engaging and meaningful. We also loved the thoughtful recommendations for further exploration around Hokkaido, which added even more value to our trip. Thank you for delivering such a well-coordinated and memorable experience. We highly recommend your service!
