Eli was a great guide, she was very helpful, had lots of information, she was very nice, friendly, great english, I have experienced other tours in the past and this was my favorite, definitely felt like a local and like going out with a friend, ahe was lovely and I fully recomend!!!!! The tour went very smoothly and Emily was a very fun guide! She recommended fun things to do for every destination and she also joins the fun encouraging us tourists to enjoy. The places are not too crowded by the time we arrived so we were able to enjoy taking pictures and just taking in the view. Overall it was a good experience!

奥村 Emily from Gogoday is a good and responsible guide — caring, patient, and professional. She made the effort to look for clients who were running late, and never spoke a harsh word, only gentle reminders. She also took the time to share what’s good at Hakata Station and gave helpful tips. We need more guides like her who go the extra mile. She truly made the trip enjoyable and memorable.

The guide was on time and easy to talk to. We encountered an unforeseen closure or unavailability of an activity in my itinerary, he was helpful to suggest an alternative nearby. And was patient to wait for us to be done at each place.

We took Ms. Wang Xuting's car and the experience was very good. Sister Wang arranged a ride to the zoo for us smoothly and provided planning adjustments for the itinerary. The whole trip was pretty good. Here are some suggestions for those who want to place orders in the future [1] If you go to the zoo from Fukuoka, try to leave before 7 o'clock, so that you can get to the front of the park bus [2] You can sit on the right side of the park bus, as there are more animals You can see [3] Beppu Hell. Don’t waste too much time. Just take pictures and leave as soon as possible. Leave your time to Yufuin. [4] From Beppu to Yufuin, you have to walk on a mountain road. The whole section is beautiful and very worth going. If your child is afraid of motion sickness, you can take motion sickness medicine first.

Our designated driver-Jiang, was on time, bus was very clean and working perfectly. He was very courteous and made us stop as places that had wonderful views. we truly had a wonderful time. five stars!
