Fuji-Q Highland tours

We booked a pick-up and drop-off from Tokyo to Fuji-Q Highland and our driver, Musa was excellent. He was punctual, friendly & spoke English well making communication very easy. The journey back was just as smooth and he arrived on time to pick us up. The ride was comfortable and took less than 2.5 hours (I was mostly asleep!). Highly recommend this service for anyone traveling to Fuji-Q! A stress-free and pleasant experience thanks to Musa!

Excellent tour! Covered all the highlights of Lake Kawaguchi and the 5th station of Mt Fuji in a day! Unfortunately, a clear view of Mt Fuji eluded us on the day but the Mt Fuji Melon bread at the 5th station is a MUST. The bus was very comfortable and both our guide and driver were fantastic. The bread lunch option was very substantial, we had 3 large portions of delicious baked goods and a drink. Would highly recommend this tour.

The best experience for a solo traveler and a first timer in Japan. The tour was so organized and the group was guided thoroughly. The tour guides will share to your group a lot of information and tips about the tour. I so loved and enjoyed this memorable experience with Mt. Fuji.

We had an excellent experience with our driver, Zain Cheema, on the Mount Fuji tour. The itinerary was well planned, with great locations and viewpoints that really showcased the area. Our driver made the most of the full 10 hours, ensuring no time was wasted while still keeping the day relaxed and enjoyable. Everything was smooth, professional, and thoughtfully paced. We had a great time and would absolutely recommend this tour and our guide/driver.

Highly recommended!!! 5-star service from him. Our first-ever Mt. Fuji tour with him was extremely the best! He's so kind, accommodating, so informative and he even took us some pictures in the Oishi Park which are so great. Most importantly he help us find my lost phone in the Uber taxi we booked going to the meeting location in the morning. It was supposed to be a stressful day for us thinking about my lost phone but so much thanks to him he assisted us in calling the company of the driver we rode the Uber since we can't speak Japanese. And yeah we found it! Can't thank him enough for his assistance and for making this trip a memorable one. Arigato Taiyo Igarashi! All the best! We hope to see you soon!

Great experience overall! We were lucky for a clear day to see mt fuji. I liked all the stops on the itinerary and found there was enough time to enjoy each spot! The lunch that was arranged was very tasty and plenty of options to choose from

Had an amazing time touring Mt Fuji! I’m so glad I decided to go for it! We got picked up from Tokyo station and enjoyed a FULL day around Mt Fuji Area. The places we went were so nice and the itinerary was planned beautifully. Fred was very knowledgeable and patient with us. He explained everything well and gave directions clearly so we can get the best experience.

It was truly one of the best experiences I had in Japan. The guide, Agnes, was extremely friendly and attentive to everything! We were able to see all the main points with the perfect amount of time. If you're unsure which tour to buy, choose this one! I saw a girl who bought bear oil and she was so happy… I'm so jealous….
