Things to do in Hakata Station

Despite the rain, we were able to do everything we wanted, and because of the rain, there weren't too many tourists, so we could stroll around comfortably. The meeting point outside Hakata Station was easy to find 👌 Our first stop was Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine, where we walked in the rain the entire time. The main hall is under renovation for three years, so a temporary worship hall was built in front of it. Our second stop was originally to be the Beppu Ropeway, but it was closed due to heavy rain, so we went to Umi Jigoku (Sea Hell) instead. The hot spring water here is as blue as the sea, and it's very beautiful 😚 There's also a Chinoike Jigoku (Blood Pond Hell), where the hot spring water really looks like blood. If you brought a towel, there's a free foot bath here ✌ Our third stop was Yufuin and Lake Kinrin, a very beautiful hot spring town. The rain gradually stopped, and this place was so great for taking pictures and shopping! Gentlemen, please be careful! This is definitely a place where mothers, wives, and children will go crazy 😁 We returned to Hakata Station on time in the evening, and both guides were very dedicated and friendly 👍

Experience: The environment is very cozy, with so many piglets! They all love to snuggle up to people. Our baby really wanted to pet the piggies 🐷, but was both excited and a little scared at the same time!

Jimmy Liu, our tour guide, was very energetic and talkative. He provided fun and humorous explanations along the way and proactively took care of our needs. Overall, it was a great trip!

1️⃣ The vehicle was a large bus, which was much more comfortable than the smaller car I had booked previously. 2️⃣ The tour guide provided very detailed explanations and spoke fluent English. They send email notifications before departure and also notify us via WeChat. During the trip, they also share recommendations for good restaurants. Most importantly, they consult with the driver about the route. We were originally scheduled to return to Hakata around 6:30 PM, but we arrived around 5:45 PM, which was great. Plus, we were able to visit all the scheduled locations. 3️⃣ The driver was very lively and even took photos of us 📸, showing us the best spots to stand. When we arrived at Nyoirin-ji Temple, he also told us how to pray. 4️⃣ It was a very enjoyable day, and we were very lucky to see a rainbow 🌈.
