Basically, taxi drivers are very friendly. The language barrier is a bit of a problem. If you use a translation app, there won't be much of a problem. Kagoshima itself doesn't have many tourist attractions, so the average itinerary is limited to shrines, gardens, and observatories. It's okay to use the time between the airport and the hotel, and the cost-effectiveness is not bad.

Tour guide Mina is very professional! She provided very detailed introductions to all the attractions! A tour bus was waiting as soon as we got off the boat, making the most of all the sightseeing time, and she got the guests back to the pier on time! Five-star recommendation!

This trip included both Kumamoto and Kagoshima, and I'm so glad that Mina was our leader for both days. She was very kind and attentive, made excellent arrangements, and constantly shared information about local Japanese culture and features along the way.
