Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The room was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of, which made our stay relaxing. The staff were kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout our visit. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is much newer than the photos suggest. The twin room is 16.5 square meters, which is comfortable for two people. When you arrive at Yokohama Station, don't rush to tap out. It's best to find the "KK Keikyu Line North Exit." Once you tap out, "East Exit A" will be on your left. There are escalators and elevators. Take it to the first floor and walk straight for two minutes to reach the hotel. Otherwise, if you exit from the Central Exit, you'll need to go to the "N Passage West Exit," walk to the end, and there will be escalators or elevators on the right. Take it to B2, and after exiting the elevator, walk straight to find directions to East Exit A. Walk to the end, and there's an elevator to B1. After exiting the elevator, turn right and walk straight to reach East Exit A. The hotel breakfast is at a cafe on the first floor that's open to the public. There are three set menus to choose from, and they're all delicious. You can also take it to go. Taking the direct bus to Disneyland is super convenient and comfortable, only 45 minutes! You can enjoy breakfast on the bus, and on the way back, you can sleep soundly and get off when you arrive.

Conveniently located near Yokohama Station with easy access to transportation. The hotel breakfast is delicious, featuring a daily rotating selection of miso soup. The service staff is friendly, and the rooms are spacious with excellent amenities. The beds are very comfortable, with two pillows of different firmness levels provided. Overall, a fantastic experience.

Private onsen was lovely! We enjoyed. Hotel is not far from the lake. However, there is not foodmarkets nearby the hotel.

there are not enough words to describe this hotel! it is a pricey hotel but it is worth its money and more! the scenery alone is worth the stay! this hotel also has the private onsen in the room and it is so relaxing to have that and have the view and not have to worry about going into the public one nude! the breakfast buffet is so yummy with a ton of variety! there are American food options and also authentic Japanese ones! please if you have the chance to stay at this beautiful place then I encourage you too! I have never felt so relaxed at a hotel!

so far this is the best airport hotel i have seen!!! very reasonable price, so clean and cozy. the rooms were just right in size, not too small not too big. very modern and good view. free shuttle to and from the airport and the city was a big plus!!! and there was free coffee, free use of onsen and other facilities. the front desk personnel were also very friendly and helpful and pleasant!

Worth every penny ❤️ What a luxurious hotel and a great location! It was really good that the hotel offers a free shuttle to & from Odawara - Just remember to email the hotel in advance to book on to both buses! Once at the hotel, the staff were superb, the place was spotless and the food delicious! I would recommended to upgrade your room to have the open air bath! It was definitely worth it!!! The buffet was large and had a variety of western and Japanese offerings, and also included free alcohol which was a pleasant surprise. I didn’t use the public onsen, but did make a reservation for the private one so my husband & I could go together! Well worth the 3,000 Yen. Turning to location, yes it looks remote, but you are genuinely a couple of mins from the station of the boat/Ropeway where you can go up and over the mountain and explore other places such as the Hakone open air museum! Wish we stayed two nights!!!
