Fantastic 5.0
Our guide, Edward, was exceptional. He was highly knowledgeable, personable, and approachable throughout the experience. He went above and beyond to ensure everyone was comfortable, thoughtfully providing snacks, water, and even charging cables when needed. The itinerary was extremely well organised and offered excellent value for money. The scenery was absolutely stunning, and photos simply do not capture how beautiful it truly was.

Fantastic 5.0
It was a beautiful road trip on the highway into the mountains, an experience you wouldn't have had without a car. Our tour guide, Alex, was very motivated and even made two extra stops so we could see more places :)

Fantastic 5.0
The tour is well conducted. Most of all, the tour bus driver & guide, Mr. Clarke Kee (apologise if I spelt it incorrectly) is one of the best my family have come across. He is thorough, speaks clearly and a true-blue gentleman. Whistle was more beautiful with the guide!

Great 4.0
I bought a 48-hour pass, and I just showed the driver the QR code when I boarded. However, unlike in Australia or Singapore, where you can plug in headphones to a guide device next to your seat and select a Chinese audio guide, here you have to download a dedicated app on your phone to listen to the guide. I spent a long time trying to figure out how to set it up, but couldn't, so I ended up listening to the English audio guide broadcast on the bus the whole time.

Fantastic 5.0
We were able to efficiently tour the admired Butchart Gardens and the city of Victoria, with plenty of free time on site. The time spent on the ferry was also fulfilling, and we were very satisfied being able to enjoy meals on our own. The bus was also clean. However, I thought it would have been reassuring if a photo of the bus had been provided beforehand for pickup, as there are many buses picking up near the Hyatt, which caused a bit of confusion. Nevertheless, we were picked up successfully and had an enjoyable trip.

Fantastic 5.0
The overall experience was pretty good, but due to traffic, the pickup was delayed by over half an hour, which made me panic and wonder if I had been forgotten. Fortunately, I immediately contacted customer service, and they responded very quickly. The tour guide was also very dedicated in their explanations, even though they had to multitask by driving and explaining at the same time. The weather wasn't great, with some rain, but for them, it's a normal occurrence. The boat experience was very unique; the entire vehicle drove onto the boat to cross to Victoria Harbour. Additionally, Butchart Gardens was beautiful, but I believe it would be even better during peak blooming season!

Fantastic 5.0
I really enjoy the pace of the tour, the operator have good timing for all activities, we managed to complete everything in the list just on time. It’s always good to hear more about the attractions we visit. Also, shout out to Azri A from Klook for his support. Since I don’t have a local number, he confirmed with the operator on my behalf regarding the pickup time and location.

Zac was an excellent tour guide for the Whistler and Sea to Sky Gondola tour. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept the trip well organized. His insights about the area made the journey more enjoyable, and he ensured everyone had a great experience. Highly recommended! 😊

What to know before visiting Vancouver

Vancouver at a glance — top experiences and seasonality

Vancouver’s most-booked experiences on Klook skew towards outdoor and family-friendly options, led by zoos & aquariums, indoor games, tours, observation decks and museums. Demand follows a clear seasonal rhythm, with a strong summer peak and much quieter shoulder and winter months.

When to visit — crowds and price patterns through the year

Klook booking data shows demand peaks in June and drops to its low point in March, with noticeably higher booking activity across the summer. Prices move independently at times: while August typically offers some of the lowest prices, the priciest month in our data is February. If you want lower prices and smaller crowds, consider travelling in March or August; for lively summer atmosphere and the busiest scene, aim for June. Note that in several months price and demand diverge—summer demand is high even when prices aren’t always at their peak.

Tips for travellers

Most experiences in Vancouver can be booked very close to travel—Klook data shows travellers typically book about a day ahead, with some booking much earlier if they prefer. If you’re taking a short, flexible trip you can comfortably plan activities on short notice; if you want specific time slots in June, consider securing them a couple of weeks in advance. Use Klook to check current availability and lock in the experiences you most want.
