Such a lovely stay in Vancouver! The room was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. I especially loved how easy it was to get around the city from here restaurants, shopping, and many of Vancouver’s main spots were all within easy reach. A really comfortable home base for our trip and somewhere I’d happily come back to. ✨

This is a wonderful hotel with incredibly friendly staff.
Location: Safe and great.
Cleanliness: Spotless, cleaned daily.
Service: The absolute pinnacle of friendliness.

The location is very close to the airport, and there's a shuttle bus available for complimentary round-trip service to the hotel. Considering the value at the time, it was an excellent deal. However, the air conditioning in the hotel lobby was broken, and the lobby wasn't adequately staffed in the evenings to handle unexpected issues. The air conditioning in the room was sufficient, and the bedding was comfortable. The only downside was the very low water pressure in the shower, with a minimal water flow.

The location is not far from the station, offering a quiet environment despite being in a bustling area. The room was clean and tidy, but the bathroom ventilation fan vent was full of dust and needs to be cleaned. Also, on the evening of September 14th at 9 PM, two foreign men turned off the lights in the shared living room and slept on the sofa all night, which made it very inconvenient for us two ladies to access the living room and kitchen. Was the living room rented out to couch surfers?

Comfortable and centrally located. Could not get the TV remote to work and parking on site was not included. Staff are friendly and helpful.

An airport hotel with a free shuttle service, located not far from the Bridgeport station—you can easily walk with your luggage to catch the Canada Line. Breakfast: A low-protein buffet breakfast with no meat options (as pictured). It might feel a bit overpriced considering the high cost, but it is still cheaper than other hotels.

Napakasaya namin dahil naging mahusay ang aming paglilibot sa pinapangarap naming Butchart Gardens at sa lungsod ng Victoria, na may sapat na oras para sa aming sarili. Naging kasiya-siya rin ang oras sa ferry, kung saan nakakain kami nang sarili. Malinis din ang bus. Naisip ko lang na mas magiging panatag ako kung may larawan ng bus na ipinost nang maaga, dahil maraming bus ang kumukuha ng pasahero malapit sa Hyatt, kaya medyo nalito ako. Ngunit maayos naman kaming nasundo at naging masaya ang aming biyahe.

The tour is well conducted. Most of all, the tour bus driver & guide, Mr. Clarke Kee (apologise if I spelt it incorrectly) is one of the best my family have come across. He is thorough, speaks clearly and a true-blue gentleman. Whistle was more beautiful with the guide!
