The location is very close to the airport, and there's a shuttle bus available for complimentary round-trip service to the hotel. Considering the value at the time, it was an excellent deal. However, the air conditioning in the hotel lobby was broken, and the lobby wasn't adequately staffed in the evenings to handle unexpected issues. The air conditioning in the room was sufficient, and the bedding was comfortable. The only downside was the very low water pressure in the shower, with a minimal water flow.

I like their elevator, so advanced.. breakfast redundant and mediocre, except for the omellete station thats the only good thing, also their breakfast place is kindda small you always have to line up.. also the ambiance not so nice

Mieliśmy szczęście zobaczyć orki podczas naszej wycieczki. Podobało nam się, że były zarówno szybkie, jak i wolne oraz stabilne przejażdżki, co czyniło ją interesującą. Sugeruję, aby ludzie zabrali ze sobą okulary przeciwsłoneczne i byli przygotowani na pozostawienie wszelkich toreb/plecaków w biurowej szafce. Dziękujemy, Greg!!

It is indeed an amazing trip. I enjoyed the boat ride, the beauty of the scenary, and the whole trip was relaxing, feeling connected to the nature. Simon, our guide was polite, friendly and knowledgeable in giving us details info about the iconic spots along the trip. Thanks Simon for the amazing day trip, and thanks to all the "donut turns" with the boat.

easy to buy tickets from klook and could have a QR code after purchase! could buy and go, no need to line up for tickets, great to save on time :) great for kids to spend a whole day there !

Definitely worth a visit. We stayed on the waterfront, and according to Google Maps, it took about 30 minutes to get to the aquarium by bus, so transportation was convenient. We bought tickets on Klook; all we had to do was save a screenshot, and a staff member at the aquarium entrance scanned it, allowing us to go straight in without waiting in line at the ticket counter. Seeing the sea lions, seals, and otters was absolutely worth it. Vancouver often has rain, so I recommend the aquarium as a great place to visit on a rainy day. The park also features a rainforest exhibit with reptiles and a small monkey feeding show, which was quite enjoyable.
