The location is very close to the airport, and there's a shuttle bus available for complimentary round-trip service to the hotel. Considering the value at the time, it was an excellent deal. However, the air conditioning in the hotel lobby was broken, and the lobby wasn't adequately staffed in the evenings to handle unexpected issues. The air conditioning in the room was sufficient, and the bedding was comfortable. The only downside was the very low water pressure in the shower, with a minimal water flow.

Such a lovely stay in Vancouver! The room was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. I especially loved how easy it was to get around the city from here restaurants, shopping, and many of Vancouver’s main spots were all within easy reach. A really comfortable home base for our trip and somewhere I’d happily come back to. ✨

Had a great stay at Pinnacle Hotel Vancouver! The location was super convenient for exploring the city, the room was comfortable and spacious, and everything we needed was close by. The staff were also really friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Such a nice place to come back to after a long day exploring Vancouver. Would definitely stay here again! 🤍

Our one-day tour on September 6th with tour guide Ryan was excellent. He was very thorough and professional, attentive to every traveler, and patiently answered all questions. The night before, he sent the meeting location, and on the day of the tour, he arrived promptly. During the trip, he gave a detailed self-introduction and even helped us take photos. Highly recommended! 👍👍👍

Vi kunde effektivt utforska både de efterlängtade Butchart Gardens och staden Victoria, med gott om fritid på plats. Tiden på färjan var också givande, och vi var mycket nöjda med att kunna njuta av måltider på egen hand. Bussen var också ren. Jag önskar dock att en bild på bussen hade publicerats i förväg, då det hade känts tryggare vid upphämtningen. Anledningen är att det finns många bussar som hämtar upp i närheten av Hyatt, vilket skapade lite förvirring. Men vi blev upphämtade utan problem och hade en trevlig resa.

I bought a 48-hour pass, and I just showed the driver the QR code when I boarded. However, unlike in Australia or Singapore, where you can plug in headphones to a guide device next to your seat and select a Chinese audio guide, here you have to download a dedicated app on your phone to listen to the guide. I spent a long time trying to figure out how to set it up, but couldn't, so I ended up listening to the English audio guide broadcast on the bus the whole time.

The tour is well conducted. Most of all, the tour bus driver & guide, Mr. Clarke Kee (apologise if I spelt it incorrectly) is one of the best my family have come across. He is thorough, speaks clearly and a true-blue gentleman. Whistle was more beautiful with the guide!

Hela resan var väldigt avkopplande och trevlig, med perfekt tidsplanering! Guiden var entusiastisk och omtänksam, all planering kommunicerades med oss i förväg, och de hjälpte oss även att ta fina minnesbilder. Stort tack! Butchart Gardens är vackert, och Victoria stad är också väl värd ett besök!
