The hotel is in a perfect location to sightsee in Vancouver! Within walking distance to coffee, restaurants, the harbour and biking rentals this hotel made it easy to take advantage of our short time in Vancouver. We loved our stay at the Pan Pacific!

A big thank you to Pravin for organising a special treat during our stay. Hotel exceeded our expectations and it you are deliberating about getting an harbour view - do it! It's definitely worth it. Hotel location is great for seeing all the 'must see' things in Vancouver.

Upon arrival, we found someone's empty shampoo bottle left behind in the shower, and my cousins found some candy and garbage in their room. The staff and building are nice; however, finding the previous guests' belongings left behind in the rooms led me to question how well the rooms are cleaned, if at all.

* personnel aux baggages très serviable et courtois * service un peu absent à la salle-à-manger * préposé à l'entretien de la chambre donne un excellent service * eau de la piscine trop chaude...pas rafraîchissante...et manque de parasols... * les plats du buffet-déjeuner souvent vides et long délai pour réapprovisionner
