- Parking is not available at the meeting point and guests must arrange their own transportation
- Itinerary and vehicle may be adjusted due to weather, traffic, or other conditions with passengers possibly transferred to another vehicle if needed
- No refunds for unused portions or changed gift vouchers or tickets
- Passengers with disabilities must provide advance notice to operator when booking to ensure accessibility
- If the SkyCable Car is temporarily closed due to maintenance or other reasons the scheduled visit to that attraction will be cancelled and the tour guide will arrange a refund for this portion of the fee on-site
