- Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
- This activity has no age limit
- Peak Chairlift: Minimum height requirement is 3.3ft (1m)
- Skyride operates every 15 minutes; the last return trip is at 21:00
- Please check Today on Grouse for current conditions and the status of activities/attractions prior to arriving at the mountain
- Lockers are available at the mountaintop Rental Outpost for CAD 2 per use (token required; purchase from cashier, card or cash accepted). For small items only—large equipment such as ski/snowboard bags and boots will not fit.
- Drones, sleds, hockey sticks, skateboards, snow skates, and toy skis/snowboards are not allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification
- This activity is wheelchair-accessible
- The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)
- Upon arrival, please proceed to the Skyride/gondola terminal and present your admission ticket to the staff

- By car: Drive along Georgia Street through Stanley Park and across Lions Gate Bridge, then take the North Vancouver exit to Marine Drive and turn left onto Capilano Road, continuing for 5 km (3.1 miles) to Grouse Mountain
- By boat & bus: From Downtown Vancouver, take the SeaBus to Lonsdale Quay, then take the #236 bus to Grouse Mountain (About a 25-minute ride)
