Transport in Hong Kong

Hong Kong Airport Express is quite convenient! Due to hong kong airport is very far away from urban areas, it is good to have Hong Kong Airport Express as its conveniency. I tried other normal trains and it takes more than 170mins to arrive home. Anyway, Hong Kong Airport Express is a speedy option! Definitely, it is good for ppl who does not want to wait for a long transportation time.

The TurboJet ferry ticket is really nice. For example, traveling from Macau to Hong Kong takes only one hour. From Macau Taipa to the center of Hong Kong is very convenient. With this promotion, it's excellent. It's very cheap at 136 Hong Kong dollars, and you can already arrive in the center of Hong Kong. There is no need to rush to cross the border gate, meaning to travel by bus, because by bus, I think it looks near, but it will take around 50 minutes just to arrive in Hong Kong. However, from the Hong Kong border to the city center, it will still require 1.5 hours more. So, that's a total of two hours just to go to Hong Kong if you take the bus, or two hours and 30 minutes, but in this case, it's exactly one hour.

Everything was okay except the anxious effort to pass through immigration within the time given (20 minutes to be exact). Taking the bus is convenient if you are travelling alone or if you do not have any luggage to carry with you. Walking and running at times were needed to go through immigration buildings and parking zones where the bus would be waiting. Nonetheless, the bus was clean and the staff are nice, especially at The Venetian Macao terminal/pick-up.

Recently, my friends and I traveled to mainland China, and we chose to take the bus from Hong Kong to Shenzhen (Trans-Island Limousine Service). It's incredibly convenient, going directly from Causeway Bay Times Square to Shenzhen Bay Port. It's a really convenient method, with many buses, many stops, and easy ticket exchange, plus guaranteed seating. Crossing the border at Shenzhen Bay is also less crowded, and it takes much less time than crossing at Lo Wu/Lok Ma Chau. I probably won't take the MTR again!

Easy to travel, the bus departed on time, the pick-up point was easy to find, comfortable seating, good air conditioning, and the bus wasn't full. However, you need to pay close attention when getting off; the driver dropped us off at the wrong place. Fortunately, it was already in the hotel area, so we were able to find a ride to our actual hotel. The vehicle and staff uniforms were pink and orange.

I purchased the MTR Tourist Day Pass for my kids and it was a great decision.
