Recently, my friends and I traveled to mainland China, and we chose to take the bus from Hong Kong to Shenzhen (Trans-Island Limousine Service). It's incredibly convenient, going directly from Causeway Bay Times Square to Shenzhen Bay Port. It's a really convenient method, with many buses, many stops, and easy ticket exchange, plus guaranteed seating. Crossing the border at Shenzhen Bay is also less crowded, and it takes much less time than crossing at Lo Wu/Lok Ma Chau. I probably won't take the MTR again!

Just show the QR code to board, it's very convenient. The seats are comfortable, and the air conditioning is cool enough. Next time I take the Cross-Boundary Express bus, I'll buy tickets through Klook again.
It is most convenient to take the through train with children, which goes all the way to Shenzhen Bay Port. Although children under 3 years old do not have to occupy a seat and do not need to buy a ticket, past experience has shown that because the seats are relatively narrow, it is more comfortable for adults to buy one more child than a 2-year-old child. Remember to call to make an appointment after purchasing, and pick up the physical ticket before getting on the bus.
The bus is on time, the journey takes about 50 minutes, the seats are comfortable, and it is very convenient to go directly to Shenzhen Bay Port after passing customs.
The exchange was convenient, allowing for a quick journey from Hong Kong Island to Shenzhen Bay Port. Due to the holiday, there was a longer wait for the shuttle bus after clearing customs. Overall, the service was good.
