At the boarding point, there are staff members (look for staff wearing *Eternal East Cross-Border Coach* uniforms), they scan the QR Code and arrange boarding! The staff's attitude is very good! The vehicles are new and clean! When passing through customs, be sure to carry your documents with you! Customs officers will check them! The main travel time depends on the customs inspection (vehicles, personnel), and the road conditions, the traffic was smooth on the day of travel, so it took just over an hour to arrive!

This is a very convenient transfer service, perfect for travelers like us who are just doing a one-day layover. We were able to eat, drink, and casually explore Shenzhen, and also visit a friend, before heading back to Hong Kong Airport to continue the next leg of our journey!

I spent a long time finding Counter M; it's on the same level as the arrival hall. If you're coming from the arrival customs area, it's on the far left, near the large waterfall screen. You can also look for the direction of the buses to mainland China. Because I couldn't find it, I missed my originally scheduled bus, but the staff helped me change it to the next one. The buses are frequent and very flexible, and the staff is very friendly. There were only five customers at the same time that day, and I was arranged in a 7-seater van instead of a large bus. When crossing the Shenzhen Bay border from Hong Kong to Shenzhen, you don't need to get off the car; you just show your documents in the car, which is very convenient.

I thought I was going to take a bus from the Liantang Port to Hong Kong Airport, but instead a 7-seater vehicle came, what a pleasant surprise! The ticket inspectors were also very friendly, and the whole process was very smooth! Highly recommended.

It's quite convenient. After getting off the plane, you can go through customs and collect your luggage. After leaving the country, go to the left and exchange your tickets at a counter. It takes about 30 minutes to arrive.

Good experience and service. the only downside is that checkpoint is chaotic. we don t speak chinese but you can find a volunteer service that will help you (i used a translator app). the instructions in this app were fine and matched reality. You don t necessarily travel with a bus, in our case was a minivan which was even better.

for a first timer crossing from HK to SZ by car from HK International Airport, it was a pleasant experience. not too difficult in terms of process and administration. but only if you have to cross over to SZ immediately after arriving at HK.
