The entire hotel felt very comfortable, and the lobby was very stylish. The Deluxe Seaview Room was excellent, with a superb view, and the sleep was comfortable and quiet. I booked another night through KLOOK the next day, and I highly recommend everyone stay here.

The hotel staff's service attitude is friendly, making people feel at home. It is worth mentioning that the hotel also provides free supper at night. Overall, this is a hotel with a good location, comfortable environment, and first-class service, and the stay experience is very satisfactory.

I contacted the butler to inform them that my package included a late checkout. They said their system didn't show it, but they processed the extension to 2 PM. I thought I could get some more sleep 🤦🏻‍♀️, but at 12:30 PM, the smart device rang again, reminding me I hadn't checked out. I contacted the butler again, who told me to ignore it, but I had already been woken up 🤷🏻‍♀️. Then, at 12:45 PM, housekeeping knocked on the door to ask if I was checking out today 🙄. Seriously, is there no communication? This was the worst part of the entire stay.

The restaurant's breakfast selection was limited, but the environment was quite pleasant. Although the K11 mall is relatively quiet with fewer shops, two days was enough time to explore. You can go up to the Sky Garden and the outdoor waterfront promenade to stroll and relax. There are also various tea shops. When you're tired, you can quickly return to the hotel for a short rest, then take another walk after dinner in the evening. It's perfectly suited for those who enjoy a peaceful getaway.
