Sherry was an amazing tour guide during our ski trip in Elysian! She was very attentive and patient with all our needs, especially as beginners. She made sure we were comfortable and always provided clear instructions, which really helped us feel confident and enjoy the experience. Highly recommended!

We booked our rail bike tickets on Klook in advance, which not only saved time but also gave us peace of mind. After arriving at the activity entrance, we simply presented the QR code provided by Klook at the ticket window to exchange for paper tickets, and we were able to ride easily. How lucky! We booked the 12:00 PM session that day, and we arrived early at 11:00 AM by taking the KTX train from Seoul. The ticket staff saw that there were still vacancies at the time, so they let us enter an hour early.
The rail bikes are suitable for tourists of all ages, and pedaling is not strenuous. Along the way, we passed through four tunnels with different themes, and the scenery was beautiful. We were able to enjoy the scenery of the mountains and rivers, as well as catch a glimpse of the rural life in Korea. This trip was relaxing and full of surprises, definitely worth a visit!

This one-day trip was so much fun! It's a very good ski resort. The area is wide, easy to play in, safe, and really fun! If I have the opportunity next time, I will definitely visit again. I definitely wasn't disappointed in choosing this tour.

ski equipment: Free yung Ski clothes and Yung mismong ski, other done that need to rent ng knee and hip pads, then Bilhin yung gloves, socks, neck warmr and baclava for safety lang! since malamig nga. 🥶
guide: Chinese speaking pero may chat naman sa w.a mga guides. 🤗 also, pagdating dun sa site english naman mag lelesson for 1 hour 🤗 -- All in all, we are all happy and recommended 🫡

the package basically includes the most things i need during the snowboarding trip, which are the chairlift ticket and the equipment rental, at a very reasonable price.

got the shuttle only offer. bought them very early in October for a trip in late December so they got them really cheap. be sure to stand your grounds as they may try to change the itinerary. even on the day the itinerary was changed and the guide picked us up earlier than what was written. it was a 13/14/15/16 seater van rather than a big coach hence ride was ok (and we got to see the last sunset on 2025!) on the way back was quite bumpy but got us to where we wanted to be. we bought snowyland tickets separately. their communication was good nonetheless, very responsive but again, need to stand your ground. overall lovely trip.

Tour guide: The tour guide is fluent in Korean, English, and Chinese, has excellent local tourism knowledge, and is very patient with the group members.
Ski equipment: I brought my own equipment (knee pads, hip protectors, helmet). I only rented ski pants and a jacket. The ski jacket and pants I got weren't particularly new, but they were usable. The ski resort's ski boots and snowboards are a bit old, but you can still ski if you're skilled.
Experience: There were no problems with the itinerary, and it's pretty much the same as other ski trips. Phoenix Snow Park is really big, and you'll really ski until you're exhausted. Lockers are super expensive, costing 4000 won each time. I went to other ski resorts a few days ago and experienced artificial snow. The snow here is drier, and there's hard ice underneath the snow.
Safety: You should still bring protective gear, as it really hurts to fall on the hard ice.
Scenery: The ski resort is very large. When you go up on the cable car, you'll be amazed. Your phone can't capture the magnificent feeling.

we had a patient instructor assogned to us. she is able to managed my grumpy kid for the 9am class. need to purchase and get ready ski equipment, helmet and lift pass fron the ticketing counter (facing the slope) before the class. present ur holiday inn room card to get 30% discount.
