[Official] Phoenix Ski Resort Ski & Snow Land Day Tour from Seoul

We had a great trip to Phoenix Pyeongchang Snow Park. The journey was punctual and the ride was smooth, although traffic made the return slightly longer. Everything was still well organized. Our guide, David, was friendly and communicated clearly in both English and Chinese, which made the experience easy and comfortable. The basic snowboarding lesson was good and helpful for beginners. If time allows, I would recommend the full 2-hour lesson for better improvement and confidence. The resort is big and well-equipped. Since we went near the end of the season, the snow wasn’t very powdery, but it was not crowded, which was nice. We also took the gondola to the top of the mountain. The ride was scenic, but there wasn’t much at the summit. If you take the advanced slope, you will reach the same top by ski lift, so the gondola isn’t necessary unless you want the view. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable trip.

Great experience! Skiing in Korea was on my bucket list and it didn’t disappoint. Getting the ppportunity to do this at the 2018 Olympic Games was fantastic especially for the price. David the guide was very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend and book again

Tour guide: The tour guide is fluent in Korean, English, and Chinese, has excellent local tourism knowledge, and is very patient with the group members. Ski equipment: I brought my own equipment (knee pads, hip protectors, helmet). I only rented ski pants and a jacket. The ski jacket and pants I got weren't particularly new, but they were usable. The ski resort's ski boots and snowboards are a bit old, but you can still ski if you're skilled. Experience: There were no problems with the itinerary, and it's pretty much the same as other ski trips. Phoenix Snow Park is really big, and you'll really ski until you're exhausted. Lockers are super expensive, costing 4000 won each time. I went to other ski resorts a few days ago and experienced artificial snow. The snow here is drier, and there's hard ice underneath the snow. Safety: You should still bring protective gear, as it really hurts to fall on the hard ice. Scenery: The ski resort is very large. When you go up on the cable car, you'll be amazed. Your phone can't capture the magnificent feeling.

Overall, it's pretty good. The tour guide is very attentive. The rental equipment at the snow resort is a bit old. There are many choices for snow trails, so you can explore to your heart's content.

It was a great experience for our family, our tour guide David Jung was so kind and patient. He make sure all of us are completely settled for the Ski. Shuttle bus came on time despite of slippery road conditions after snow. Our teacher for the ski also so kind. I wish i can have more time to spend at the resort. But since it was a tour group we must followed the schedule. Overall Reccomended and trustable vendor. Thank you.

Very friendly driver who sent us to the ski resort and sheep farm. Our group arrived early at the meeting points and got to reach the resort earlier too. Had enough time to take the gondola - highly recommended as the views on top was fabulous. Otherwise, you can choose to continue sledding.

The entire package booking and experience was fuss free and straight forward. The pickup point is clearly reflect and our guide Coby even texted us the day before to ensure that we are all comfortable for the trip. A great shout out to Coby our guide too on providing us with advice on Skiing prior to the trip, it has proven useful. He might just be better than the ski instructors at Phoenix! Overall a pleasant trip.

Great value-for-money tour to Phoenix Park. I opted for the shuttle bus + full day lift pass and a 2-hour private instructor class. Enjoyed quite a bit of saving as opposed to booking the items individually. Instructor was patient and merticulous in understanding my level of snowboard before teaching me and giving tips and advice. Tour guide David was nice and friendly as well. He provided assistance throughout the trip. Overall, a good tour package!

We booked the daytour trip to experience Skiing. As a first timer, our guide Jun was very patient with us in teaching the basics of Skiing. He alloted more than an hour to teach us which was greatly appreciated. It was a fun experience! Will definitely book again soon and try the harder slopes :)
