Very convenient. Close to amenities. food no problem and rental of ski equipment is at the hotel too. If you don’t feel like eating out, you can have simple cooking at the apartment.

Well organised ski trip, I booked the option which includes rentals, accomodation and lift passes. Phoenix ski resort is quite large, and very nice wide slopes. Ski in ski out resort, recommend.
Amazing shuttle experience for us, comfortable and on time. We booked a round trip shuttle and we were the only ones so it was a private car. Guide David was very nice.

The condo room was nice. We were lucky to catch the first snow of the year there, and it was really fun to watch and play. The condo was equipped with a full floor heating system to ensure guests were comfortable in the cold weather. All the staffs there (from receptionists to the snow park staffs- staffs at the boots & equipments fitting session, staffs minding the gondola, staffs at the snowpark entrance, staffs at the Ondam restaurant etc) were really friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay there. The tour guide David was top in service, he assisted us throughout and all the arrangements were properly made. Highly recommended!

This trip offers great value for the price, with beautiful hotels and skiing. However, the instructions weren't clear enough, and I wasn't sure where to check in to rent ski equipment. There was no hotel information provided beforehand.

Bring Your Own Gloves & Neck Warmers: Due to hygiene regulations, ski gloves and neck warmers are available for purchase only (not for rental). We highly recommend bringing your own or purchasing them on-site!

Strict Punctuality for Shuttle: Please arrive at the designated meeting point ahead of time. The bus will depart strictly on schedule, and no refunds or date changes will be provided for late arrivals or no-shows.
No Last-Minute Changes: Alterations to the tour date, options, or schedule cannot be made on the day of the tour or 1 day prior to departure.
Cancellation due to Weather: In the event of extreme or adverse weather conditions, resort operations may be restricted, or the tour may be canceled for your safety. If the operator cancels the tour in advance, a full refund will be issued.
Self-Guided Tour Guidelines: This is a self-guided package without an accompanying tour guide. Simply present your mobile voucher at the designated ticket office or rental shop to redeem your tickets and gear, then enjoy your time freely. (Note: This step does not apply to the registration process at the rental shop if you purchased the shuttle bus package, as you will be guided there directly).
