• One day before departure, we will send you a reminder email between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. This email will contain a link to a group chat where you'll be able to communicate directly with our tour staff. If you cannot find the email,please check your spam or junk mail section.
• Please be sure to wait at the starting point 10 minutes before departure time. If you are late for boarding time, you cannot get a refund.
• Please contact our customer service team regarding bringing strollers or luggage, as it depends on the bus size for your tour day. We recommend contacting us after 10 AM KST, one day before your tour date.
• Itinerary is subjected to traffic & weather condition.
• The operation period is subject to potential changes based on winter weather conditions.
• Non-ski and shuttle passengers will arrive at the ski clothing rental shop with the ski group. They will need to wait for the ski travelers to change into ski clothing.
• The basic lesson (approximately 30–40 minutes) includes the following: 1. Equipment Introduction / 2. How to Get Up After Falling / 3. Basic Posture and Balance / 4. How to Change Direction and Stop.
• It is hard for children to practice with other people in the skiing area together, special attention to safety is required.
• Please take responsibility for your personal belongings as we will not be liable for any losses during the trip.
• Vehicles are assigned according to the number of people on the day of the tour and are not personally available.
• If you need traveler's insurance, please prepare it individually. However, each transportation used during the travel schedule is covered by damage insurance.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
