The instructors are experienced, have a relaxed attitude, and help ease nervousness. Safety measures are very well executed, with thorough preliminary briefings and careful equipment checks. The aerial view of Queenstown's lakes and mountains is breathtaking, and the thrill of freefall is hard to describe. After landing, they patiently organize the photos and videos. The entire team provides professional and friendly service, and the equipment is well-maintained. Although thrilling, you feel secure the whole time. If you want to push your limits, you must choose this company—it is totally worth it!

The tour is simple and relaxing. Weather is great. Restaurant and food is excellent. The farm show is great and I have a great time in this Journey

A very very very memorable experience! Must visit in New Zealand! The tour guides were very helpful and informative.

The entire geothermal area has been very well preserved in its natural state, but it's actually a bit boring. Basically, you enter the park and then just walk around following the arrows, much like hiking. You read the informational signs as you go. Due to limited time, we didn't explore the entire area, only the orange route. Since we were with a small tour group, we couldn't cancel this part of the itinerary, so we had no choice but to buy tickets and enter. If I were driving myself, I probably wouldn't come here.

This is a very long-standing attraction. After checking in on time, there is basically no wait. The experience is very fulfilling and exciting. You will get a little wet from the river water, but overall it's not a big deal, except that the life jackets are used so frequently that they have a damp, musty odor.

Real value for money trip. Cal was great. Pick-up was on time, designated stops were well-thought of, and time allotted per stop was good. Our bus was new and had USB-type charging ports. The trip to Milford Sound was as good as the destination. We got a pie, an apple, chips, and a candy bar for lunch. Overall, really good deal. Do recommend.

The tour was well organized, informative, and enjoyable from start to finish. It was fascinating to learn about the history and behind-the-scenes details of the set. The scenery was stunning, and there were plenty of opportunities to take memorable photos. The comfortable luxury van made the journey relaxing and pleasant, allowing us to sit back and take in the beautiful scenery along the way.

Klook pass does really save you some money and it's easy to also book the attractions. Just be warned that the standalone package dates and time availability is different from the klook pass

Really worth getting this activity as the operator will actively look out for whales

It was an amazing experience 🤩🏔️🚁 A once-in-a-lifetime opportunity~ highly recommend joining the glacier hike! Since it was cloudy and rainy on the first day, we changed our slot with the front desk to the next day, and we successfully got bright sunshine and fantastic weather 👍 After checking in, we were divided into groups and went into a small room where they explained important safety instructions for taking the helicopter, taught us how to put on crampons, and then we followed directions to board the chopper. Also, the sun is really intense~ remember to bring sunglasses and put on sunscreen ☀️ Our guide, Kobe, was lively and adorable 🥰 We took a lot of beautiful photos of the ice caves, totally worth it 🫶
