The instructions were clear, we located our bus, took our seat at the back of the bus, as it was the same bus with tourists from Queenstown. a few short stops along the way, before we made it to the cruise boat, the commentary was great, the VC staff were great and the views beautiful. we went in early October, no sand flies and no rain jacket required. The sun was out and it was windy, a nice cold chilly day on the upstairs deck. you can choose to remain indoors but you won't see the full view. we ordered the picnic package, with was yummy, and the buffet looked delicious too. well organised, moves like clockwork.

We're grateful the weather allowed us to go. The day before, we received an email in the morning stating that there was a chance of cancellation for the next day and suggesting we reschedule for noon the day before. However, we couldn't, so we stuck to our original plan. Having a one-on-one coach accompany us truly made it a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

The tour is simple and relaxing. Weather is great. Restaurant and food is excellent. The farm show is great and I have a great time in this Journey

It was an amazing experience 🤩🏔️🚁 A once-in-a-lifetime opportunity~ highly recommend joining the glacier hike! Since it was cloudy and rainy on the first day, we changed our slot with the front desk to the next day, and we successfully got bright sunshine and fantastic weather 👍 After checking in, we were divided into groups and went into a small room where they explained important safety instructions for taking the helicopter, taught us how to put on crampons, and then we followed directions to board the chopper. Also, the sun is really intense~ remember to bring sunglasses and put on sunscreen ☀️ Our guide, Kobe, was lively and adorable 🥰 We took a lot of beautiful photos of the ice caves, totally worth it 🫶

De hele geothermische wereld heeft zijn oorspronkelijke landschap zeer goed behouden, maar het is eigenlijk een beetje saai. Je gaat in principe zelf het park in en volgt de pijlen, net zoals je normaal gesproken een berg beklimt. Daarna lees je de informatieborden. Omdat we beperkte tijd hadden, hebben we niet het hele gebied bewandeld, alleen de oranje route. Aangezien we met een kleine reisgroep waren, konden we deze excursie niet annuleren, dus moesten we kaartjes kopen. Als ik zelf zou reizen, zou ik hier waarschijnlijk niet naartoe komen.

This is a very long-standing attraction. After checking in on time, there is basically no wait. The experience is very fulfilling and exciting. You will get a little wet from the river water, but overall it's not a big deal, except that the life jackets are used so frequently that they have a damp, musty odor.

Echt waar voor je geld deze trip. Cal was geweldig. De ophaalservice was op tijd, de geplande stops waren goed doordacht en de toegewezen tijd per stop was prima. Onze bus was nieuw en had USB-oplaadpunten. De reis naar Milford Sound was net zo mooi als de bestemming zelf. We kregen een pasteitje, een appel, chips en een reep chocolade als lunch. Al met al een zeer goede deal. Zeker een aanrader.

Een zeer, zeer, zeer memorabele ervaring! Een absolute aanrader in Nieuw-Zeeland! De gidsen waren erg behulpzaam en informatief.

Booking the Milford Sound scenic cruise through Klook was a perfect experience! The process, from online reservation to exchanging tickets on-site, was incredibly smooth and simple, saving a lot of hassle. The cruise ship itself was spacious and comfortable, with excellent views from every seat. Even on the outdoor deck, we felt completely safe. During the journey, the magnificent glacial fjord scenery was breathtaking, with towering cliffs on both sides and powerful waterfalls cascading down, leaving us in awe. The most delightful surprise was spotting wild seals basking on the rocks during the cruise. Complimentary coffee and hot tea were thoughtfully provided on board, which was especially comforting in the cool fjord breeze. Overall, this was a high-quality and excellent value nature and wildlife tour, an absolute must-do classic itinerary when visiting New Zealand's South Island. We highly recommend booking through Klook!

New Zealand's unique kiwi birds can only be seen in specific sanctuaries, and this is one of the best locations. Since kiwis are nocturnal, the KIWI HOUSE is dark, and photography is not allowed, so you won't be able to capture any images. We recommend scheduling both the KIWI HOUSE experience and the animal show; 1-2 hours in between is enough time to see the entire park, and then you can enjoy a local honey drink.

De tour was goed georganiseerd, informatief en van begin tot eind plezierig. Het was fascinerend om meer te leren over de geschiedenis en de details achter de schermen van de set. Het landschap was adembenemend en er waren volop mogelijkheden om memorabele foto's te maken. Het comfortabele luxe busje maakte de reis ontspannend en aangenaam, waardoor we achterover konden leunen en onderweg van het prachtige landschap konden genieten.

Truly amazing! We used professional astronomical telescopes to see so many fascinating celestial bodies! We saw Venus, which has phases just like the moon; the stunning Tarantula Nebula, which is a birthplace of beautiful baby stars; the Wishing Well Cluster; the gorgeous, jewel-like 47 Tucanae cluster; and Saturn with its rings. It was just incredible! Despite the cold weather, there was hot cocoa and a roasted marshmallow activity! Plus, everyone gets a professional photo of the starry sky. Definitely worthy of a 5-star review!
