Hotel is in a great area. Very convenient to shops and metro. Staff is amazing and understand English. Onsite laundry was a plus for me. Tooms are clean.

Although the room was a bit small, it was very clean and well maintained. The location is excellent—it’s conveniently close to the bus station for Narita Airport and within a short walking distance of several subway stations, making it easy to get around Tokyo.
The check-in and check-out process was quick, smooth, and hassle-free. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, and I’d recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a convenient base while visiting Tokyo.

We had a great stay here! The staff were friendly and room was really nice. Even though we had a slight issue with the room initially the staff did well to offer us a different room, which we actually ended up preferring and switched to. The hotel is in a quieter part of Tokyo as well, so after a long day out you can retire and relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Overall, it was a really enjoyable stay for the price, and we will be back on our next visit to Tokyo.

The hotel has a great location for transportarion . Very close to Tsujiki and shintomicho station. These stations are not too complicated Room was big enough even it has just an apartment view. You can choose the main road view room if its important for you. We didnt stay long in the room. Beds were comfortable. Every day our room was cleaned pijamas were changed. We informed we smelled humid odor and staff immediately cared for the situation. They have breakfast servise 2200yen if you choose. We had breakfast outside to explore the city. I recommend. Thanks for the service.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and it was a fantastic experience for me and my friend. The room was spacious and the location is superb. Close to train station, lawson, 7-11. We just walk everyday as long as we dont have luggages to carry. The pillow is the only thing I dont like, and the bed is not as firm as other hotels. But otherwise, can stay here again.

Cleanliness: Very new and clean, and the room is equipped with a washer-dryer and a microwave, which is very convenient for travelers who need them.
Breakfast: Semi-buffet style. You first order a main dish, and there is another menu where you can order individual portions of main dishes. The buffet area is also quite extensive. If you need to extend the breakfast time to noon, you can inquire with the hotel restaurant.
Transportation Convenience: Tsukiji Market is just across the street.

It might be due to the high property prices in the area. Aside from the small room, everything else was great. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but it was good and had everything we needed. It has the facilities and atmosphere of a hostel, with laundry machines, a water dispenser, and a kitchen. There are many international guests.

The location is great, and it's very clean. The staff are friendly. It's convenient to buy things because there's a Lawson on the first floor. The coffee on the first floor is delicious. It's also nice that they lend out umbrellas.
