All the staff were so welcoming, attentive polite and helpful. The room was nice and clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast at the first floor restaurant was very helpful when we just wanted to eat quickly and start our day. Definitely recommend this place!

The hotel is extremely well situated, close to two metro stops as well as numerous restaurants and shopping. It’s is also very close to Ueno Park and the Sensoji Shrine. The room was clean and perfect for a few nights in Tokyo. The breakfast option was convenient and tasty. The staff were extremely polite and helpful when ordering a taxi for the airport.

We had a pleasant 5-night stay. Overall good, some notes: - Free breakfast is one choice of several predetermined options. Small portions. To go option available which is convenient. - Shower/sink share one faucet - Very busy, full elevators especially during the morning
