The AC did not work properly. Despite the room being small, it never cooled down, and the temperature remained uncomfortable throughout our stay.

Amazing staff! The amenities were excellent, and the location is perfect for staying near Haneda Airport. It's just a short walk to the train station, making it easy to get around and travel into the city.

Our family of four (2 adults, a 17-year-old, and an 11-year-old) stayed at Hotel Metropolitan Kawasaki for 8 nights, and it was fantastic! The room was surprisingly spacious and very comfortable for our family. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety each morning, and the staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The laundry facilities were clean and convenient, which was a huge plus for a longer trip. The location was perfect, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and transportation. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

完美地點，就係火車站少於五分鐘路程，四圍極多商場同食嘢地方。洒店房夠大，可開三個大行李箱，好乾淨。有六部洗乾衣機。早餐主要西餐，如果可以加多一點日本食物就好。酒店職員夠專業，好有禮貌，做事很快。如果再到東京，一定會再入住
