Bed was comfortable and room was spacious by Japanese standards and included a small dining table. Staff was very friendly and helpful. A few relatively minor things keep it from 5 stars. Faint smell of smoke in the building because there are smoking rooms. Can't use the shower and the bathroom sink at the same time as water can only be routed to one or the other. Fridge in room was not very cold and could not be adjusted.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Understood our needs and proficient in English. They provided valuable guide to many of our questions. The rooms are clean and appropriate size compared to many other local hotels. Location is good as it is within walking distance to the train station, eateries and shopping centre. Overall, we are very happy with the hotel.

Fantàstic One night in Japan and this was a perfect place..near the metro and lots of shopping. The front desk was very helpful in providing maps of the area and recommending places to attend. If you walking from the metro make a copy of a map the street wind and turn a lot to the hotel. I needed to wash my clothes and that was very accessible as well.
