Convenience to every train station, shopping and eating. The hotel is small but very clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing, they offer exchange machine in the lobby, which is very convenient.

Given the location right in the heart of ginza, room is bit tiny for standard room. Location over convenient. The property located on the quiet street, which very nice if you need quality sleep. The restaurant attached was simple and good.

Fantàstic
I am form the USA. It was my first time in Tokyo. The staff WERE OUTSTANDING! Great customer service. They really helped you out. Great rooms, and washing machines! I will come back to visit again! The restaurant was EXCELLENT! The breakfast serving team was superb. The food tasted great!

They are very strict about the checkin time although they are welcome to keep your luggage at the front desk until the checkin. So, if you do not want to spend time at the lobby, plan well.

The room was extremely small. No space to move around or put my suitcase. I did not have breakfast at the hotel so I cannot comment on the food. The staff was friendly and helpful. No proper window in the room.

Room was extremely small, facilities were old. I wanted to use the laundry machine but someone had left clothes in it for a long time, so I asked the staff if they could move the clothes which they agreed to do, but made me wait quite awhile until they actually did it, and when they did, they acted angry at having to do so. Cannot recommend.

The hotel is exceptionally well located in one of the best areas of Tokyo with easy access to shops, restaurants, transit, rail lines and is quietly located a block from the busy street. It was very clean and everything worked well. Just one point for those not used to staying in hotels in Japan, rooms are exceptionally - and I mean exceptionally small so be prepared for literally no space.
