I hope there is better solution for people who not able to make it due to get lost. Lost more than $300 for being late. No refund and no credit.

  • This tour is a Japanese tour. The tour conductor will provide language support using a translator (Pocket Talk).
  • This is not a private tour, you will enjoy the tour with other guests.
  • The admission ticket (QR code) and ticket ID will be provided on the day of your visit.
  • Reservations for each pavilion cannot be made in advance before the tour departure. On the day of the tour, if you register the ticket ID on your smartphone as "Expo ID," you can register for a pavilion visit on the same day if there are available slots.
  • The venue is expected to implement a fully cashless payment system. Shopping and dining within the venue will be cashless only; cash will not be accepted. Please take note.
  • For odd-numbered groups, seating on the bus will generally be shared, so please be aware.
  • Due to traffic conditions, your stay may be shorter than planned.
  • Some parts of the itinerary may be subject to change.
