What to expect
Experience traditional Japanese Miko attire and immerse yourself in the mysterious Miko culture. Miko are auxiliary Shinto priests in Japan, and their classic red and white attire is a “white moonlight” in countless anime. Kikyo, the pure and elegant character from “Inuyasha,” and Mitsuha, who performs the Kagura dance in Miko attire to pray for villagers in “Your Name,” are deeply ingrained in people’s hearts. Unlike ordinary kimonos, Miko attire inherently possesses an ethereal and sacred aura. Donning a red and white outfit, you can transform into an anime character, take a set of atmospheric photos, and unlock a different kind of Japanese cultural experience. 【Experience Process】
- Choose your style at the store: A variety of authentic Miko attire is available, including the classic white top + scarlet hakama. You can also choose accessories such as bow hair ornaments and bows to create a look similar to Kikyo's.
- Professional one-on-one assistance with dressing: The process of wearing Miko attire is quite complex. A dresser at the store will assist you in arranging the top, tying the obi, and putting on the hakama skirt, so you don't have to figure out how to wear it yourself, making the dressing process easy.
- Makeup and styling: Pair with exclusive headwear and a long white bow to create a cool and elegant Miko hairstyle.
- Outdoor photography: You can take photos in the shrine garden or use a long bow prop for a photoshoot, capturing atmospheric pictures.
- End of experience: Return the clothing and props.

Good to know
Small tip: Miko costumes were originally used for sacred rituals at shrines. When experiencing a photoshoot, it is recommended to maintain respect and avoid pranks or exaggerated, quirky styles.
