the Shinkansen is the fantastic train to ride in Japan and using a voucher from Klook will make your life much easier as you just need to retrieve the ticket and reserve a seat. once done enjoy large space for your seat and ride from Osaka to Okayama in a fast pace !

This voucher is real value for money. At first we found it challenging to find the green ticket machine on Osaka station. Once found we were unable to exchange our voucher but we were helped next door at a tourist counter by showing the voucher and our passport. We got on the Hello Kitty Shinkansen. And we loved the ride to Hiroshima.

This is my first trip to Japan. I used it for the Shinkansen between Shin-Osaka and Hakata. The seats are so wide that it is incomparable to KTX. Even if I push my butt forward and stretch my legs, I can't reach the seat in front of me. The chairs are so comfortable and it feels like riding a limited express train. It was impressive that the staff at Shin-Osaka Station guided me so kindly, and I still can't forget it. And the kindness I felt from Japanese people while staying in Japan. I think I will definitely come back to Japan for that kindness.

had the chance to ride the limited one piece train. it was very nice to see the eye for details from a fan perspective. the train might be a bit older nevertheless

easy to redeem tickets in the green ticket machine. if you need assistance just visit the ticket counter for redemption. much lower if you purchase here in klook than getting it in the ticket office.
