experience: Klook Voucher must print in A4 paper in advance before exchange ticket. Concerned that why in such advance country, still running with traditional system. I missed up print, so I have to go find place to print which is far away by walk with less international English communication country. when I found a Family Mart and asked them where can I print, the staff was so rude. End up I asked an hotel there to help me print. Thanks to Hotel Toya kanko help to print in FOC, so 6 of us only able to enter the boat

I bought a boat ticket here to take a boat and spend a day and a half on Lake Toya, but due to the weather, the boat service was suspended for a day and a half, and I didn't get to ride it. I've tried to cancel it many times since returning, but I haven't received a satisfactory response. So, I'm writing my negative review here. A very bad experience... I probably won't buy tickets here again, as I didn't have a good experience.

don't buy the ticket from klook. the price at counter is cheaper than the price on klook. Too stupid, if you know klook has sell the e-voucher please prepare the stupid printer at your ticket counter. This is not the culture of the Japan travel. Or you just want to earn the money from us which we cannot refund in klook and I need to repurchase the ticket at the stupid counter again??? Because there is no a lot of sales for the steamboat, this is the way you can earn some money to cover the costs?

Booking here was more expensive than current exchange rate. Do not book this. Buy your tickets at the counter. You have to PRINT this voucher physically which means going to a convenience store nearby and figuring out how to print, which can be extremely difficult depending on your phone and which store you go to! Not worth it at all and the is NOT clearly stated when booking and you CANNOT get a refund!
