- The tour may be cancelled at the last minute due to sudden deterioration of the weather or poor sea conditions, with safety in mind
- Cancellations due to course changes will also be subject to a cancellation fee
- No cancellation fee will be charged if the tour is cancelled due to natural disasters such as typhoons, flight cancellations, or deterioration of sea conditions

highly recommend this tour, perfect combination of experience - banana boat and the snorkeling. The coach is super nice and friendly, explained in details patiently. it makes it the best snorkeling eperience so far. the blue cave is beautiful and well protected with different fishes. coach also takes beautiful photos and videos to create nice memory. highly recommend to those planning to experience at Okinawa.

The instructors are patient and provide comprehensive safety explanations. For extra money, you can ask the instructor to help shoot videos.
Experience: Great experience! The instructors are excellent at explaining details and taking care of each participant. Basic English or Japanese is sufficient for communication. Equipment: They provide all the necessary equipment. All you need to bring is a swimsuit and flip-flops. The instructors will take photos and provide them for free after the activity (iPhone only).

Fun, but the banana boat ride was short.
Poor! KLook, I don’t recommend it. The guarantee planning and follow-up service are very poor. The Kuroshio diving is also very poor. I have never booked a trip for 6/18. I confirmed to maintain the itinerary on 6/15, but they told me to book it for 06/ 17. Asked me if I can make changes without refunding? Overall, I am not very satisfied with the itinerary booked on this website!
