I had a very nice massage. Convenient redemption. You get free drinks, pastries and Matcha ice cream afterwards too! You can book your preferred timeslots via Whatsapp, 3 hours in advance but usually if they’re not too full it should be fine

They every easy to communicate with in terms of reservation I just had to translate what they sent through whatsapp. They were very accomodating and very pleasant. There was even a complimentary drink and it was pretty good. We felt great after rhe massage and the ambiance really helps you relax. Will definitely go again. Thank you ❤️

It was easy to find using the map, but the counter staff had some questions about my reservation. It is specially stated that it can be used within 14 days from the date of purchase. But the counter staff only saw my reservation date, and I used it two days after the reservation date. I explained to the counter staff for a long time. It took some time to get into the massage room. I think the counter staff needs to strengthen staff training. The rest of the massage experience was good. After the meal, a bottle of water, a snack and a cup of coffee were provided.

Purchasing tickets in advance on Klook is still more cost-effective than buying them on the spot. The platform's customer service is very considerate. Due to severe traffic jams on the road, I needed to temporarily change the time. Through the platform's customer service arrangement, it was quick and appropriate. It is a relatively high-end massage parlor in Jakarta, with many branches. The environment is clean and tidy, and free coffee is given with every purchase. It is worth it!

Atmosphere: The first thing you immediately notice upon entering is the tranquility. The interior design is heavily influenced by Japanese Zen aesthetics—dim lighting, a calming essential oil scent, and very soft background music. The cleanliness is also top-notch, from the lobby to the massage room.
