It's very easy to use. Just go up to the second floor to exchange your ticket. Once you've exchanged your ticket, you'll receive a wristband and can then take the elevator up. There's a short introductory video to watch before you see the actual site. The view from the top is absolutely beautiful!

On the downside, ticket prices might feel a bit steep for what is essentially a scenic stop, and crowd control could be better during peak hours. Overall, a great place to visit if you’re exploring Central Jakarta or want to catch a panoramic view of the city from above.

Amazing experience at Thamrin Nine Skydeck! The view from the top is absolutely breathtaking, especially during sunset when the city lights start to glow. The whole place is clean, well-maintained, and not too crowded, which made it even more enjoyable. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the process of booking through Klook was very smooth and convenient. If you go around sunset, you can see both the sunset and the night view, which is like killing two birds with one stone. It's nice to be able to see the entire Jakarta skyline from the open space. For reference, North Jakarta and East Jakarta are easily visible, but South Jakarta and West Jakarta are not.
