Half day or Full day Jakarta Private Car Charter

Faisal is great! accommodating and great at recommending places to go and things to do. we had a productive half day tour with Faisal going to Monas, Old town, Chinatown and then to Ashta District 8 for dinner and back to the hotel.

My brother and I enjoyed our tour with Billy. Our guide took us to authentic sumatran food and then later to get amazing Nasi Goreng! We also visited the historical district and even Kaliadem Port in Muara Angke.

We had a pleasant full day experience with Billy as our driver. He was punctual and knew all the areas and attractions we wanted to visit very well, which made the day flow smoothly. He was helpful and accommodating throughout, and at the end of the day when we asked him to help us find a supermarket near our hotel, he went above and beyond by finding us three options to choose from! Booked the half-day private car charter in Jakarta and had a really great experience. The service was excellent and they even accepted my last-minute booking, which was super helpful. Moreover, Mr. Faisal was a very nice and friendly driver, punctual and easy to communicate with throughout the trip. He was also very understanding and okay with extending the time when needed. Side note, just make sure to prepare some cash for extra charges or extensions. Overall, highly recommended for anyone visiting Jakarta!

Initially, there was a misunderstanding regarding the half-day and full-day arrangements, which caused some rushing. However, the driver was quiet and smoothly guided us to our destination. At the final settlement for areas outside Jakarta, there was a charge for the driver's meal. I thought, "But I paid for his meal when we ate together!" but I let it go as a gesture of goodwill and left it as a tip. I would like to use this service again.

During the entire trip, we had to pay an additional fuel fee for the lunch stop on the way to the safari park. We also invited the driver to eat with us, and then we were charged separately for lunch?? The driver was sometimes on his phone while driving. We had already told him we hadn't eaten breakfast and asked him to take us to breakfast first. Was it a misunderstanding or something else? Why did we have to drive 1.5 hours to a restaurant just to have brunch? The next day, we took a metered taxi to the airport, then to a memorial, then to eat seafood, then to a temple, and then to another mosque, and it was still cheaper than hiring a private car.
