- Which routes are included in this activity, and whether it is possible to customize the routes? This activity covers most of the Jakarta area. Outside of Jakarta city area will have an additional surcharge. You can choose from where you want to start, and you can list down your itinerary on the check-out box
- How long will the stay be at each attraction, and does it include admission tickets? It depends on the duration of the show, and the admission ticket is not included
- What items are included in the fees, and what are the extra charges? This activity covers only car rental with driver with fuel fees.
- When will the merchant provide the driver and car plate information after the booking is confirmed? You will receive the driver and car details one day before your participation date (D-1). If not, please contact the operator for more information regarding your booking

Booked the half-day private car charter in Jakarta and had a really great experience. The service was excellent and they even accepted my last-minute booking, which was super helpful. Moreover, Mr. Faisal was a very nice and friendly driver, punctual and easy to communicate with throughout the trip. He was also very understanding and okay with extending the time when needed. Side note, just make sure to prepare some cash for extra charges or extensions. Overall, highly recommended for anyone visiting Jakarta!
