Very good. The location is downtown, and there is a place to park and drop off passengers. The spa therapists are also very good, but the facilities in the massage rooms are a bit outdated.
The service was very disappointing, and the system was poorly managed. Everything felt unorganized, and there was a lack of professionalism. I expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back or recommending this place to others.
