• Gentle reminder: Due to winter road conditions and uncontrollable traffic factors, travel time may be delayed, and there may occasionally be instances where arrival is not on time to participate in the penguin walk. • The penguin walk event is held only during periods of snow cover from late December to early March. Therefore, it will not be possible to view the event when snow has not yet formed or has melted. Thank you for your understanding.
• Infants aged 0-2 not occupying a seat are free of charge, but participation is not recommended for safety reasons. If traveling with an infant, you must notify us at the time of booking; if there is no prior notice resulting in no remaining seats on the day of the tour, the driver has the right to refuse boarding based on safety regulations. If an infant under 2 years old requires a seat, please purchase a full-fare ticket and specify; the ticket price for children aged 2 and above (inclusive) is the same as that for adults.
• If travelers have a medical history of high blood pressure, heart disease, acrophobia, asthma, epilepsy, etc., are currently pregnant, or have other physical conditions unsuitable for intense stimulation, they are strictly prohibited from signing up for this experience. If visitors intentionally conceal their health condition and insist on joining the tour, all sudden consequences and legal liabilities arising during the trip must be borne by the travelers themselves.
• This day tour is a fixed-route shared group tour. All participating passengers are requested to cooperate with the sightseeing stop durations arranged by the tour guide or driver. To protect the rights and interests of all passengers, latecomers will be waited for a maximum of 5 minutes, after which we will depart without waiting. Those who fail to board the bus on time must arrange their own transportation to the next stop to rendezvous with the group.
• Those who are late due to personal reasons, fail to join the tour on time, or choose to exit the itinerary early will be deemed to have automatically forfeited the tour, and the full fee will be deducted and non-refundable. If travelers leave the group without authorization during the tour, in addition to being non-refundable, the company shall not be held responsible for any personal safety and personal property losses incurred during that period.
• If you need to bring large luggage, please be sure to register with customer service in advance when making a reservation. During the tour, please carry your passport, cash, and valuables with you and keep them properly. In case of loss, theft, or damage, individuals must bear the responsibility themselves. Only well-packaged light snacks or covered, sealed drinks are allowed in the vehicle; if the interior of the vehicle is accidentally soiled, passengers will be required to pay for cleaning equivalent to local Japanese vehicle cleaning standards.
