Rita is a beautiful, kind, friendly, lively, cute, and generous tour guide 😊. She is very professional and dedicated 👍. From the gathering point to the end of the tour, she explains every detail, including considerations for safety in rainy and snowy weather and the surrounding environment, very clearly and understandably. She also introduces the excellent and dedicated driver 😊 and the members of the zoo (penguins/bears/wolves/lions/tigers... their daily habits) and the characteristics and origins of each attraction... She is proficient in (Chinese, English, and Japanese), giving explanations in each language 👍. Her tone is clear and bright, and her smile is sweet and endearing. She deserves praise 👍. Rita is the best tour guide I've ever met.

Rita is an amazing tour guide, the best I've had on Klook. She adds you on LINE before the trip to remind you of things to note, and she's very attentive during the trip. She carefully explains the attractions and things to note in both English and Chinese. She's a very nice and fun person~

Originally, the purchased itinerary was Zoo > Shirogane Falls > Blue Pond > Fairy Terrace, for a solo traveler. However, the supplier changed the itinerary to Zoo > Shikisai-no-oka > Fairy Terrace. Upon arriving in Japan, I was told that the route on my voucher would not be followed. During the purchase process, the supplier only provided an email address, making real-time communication and confirmation of details impossible. This supplier, "Shuzenji Takitei Co., Ltd.," has poor service! I had reflected this issue to Klook multiple times before the trip. It seemed that Klook's customer service had difficulty communicating with this supplier and couldn't provide more information about them, resulting in a discrepancy between the itinerary I purchased and the actual one! Klook could only offer partial compensation for the loss. The attractions are beautiful, but crowded during peak season. Every Asahikawa day trip tour guide/driver is racing against the clock, rushing, rushing, rushing.... I went to the attractions but couldn't fully enjoy them because the journey was long and there wasn't enough time, which is a bit of a shame.
