Naha Kerama Half Day Snorkeling (Pickup service included)

wonderful experience. they were really great about making sure everyone knew what was going on by speaking Japanese, Korean, English, and Chinese. they were really organized and split us into groups so we would have a smooth experience for snorkel and banana boat ride. they were also really great about providing flippers and snorkel gear for each of us, and we were a group of 40. 10/10 recommend!

The most convenient thing about this trip is that we have to pick you up from Naha City. It takes a long time to drive after leaving the port. The uninhabited island I snorkeled on this time is on the outskirts of one of the Kerama Islands, and I will not be able to land on the island. The water quality is clear, and there are many beautiful tropical fish. The disadvantage is that I am good at water, but I can't get closer to the stone crevices near the island. There will be more creatures there. Finally, because the round-trip boat trip takes about half an hour, those who get seasick may want to consider taking seasickness medicine. Everything went well for me. When I come to Ryukyu, I want to play more in the water and see fish.

This activity can be picked up and dropped off at your hotel, which is super convenient! Although the staff can only speak Japanese, they have a great attitude and are very cute with their hand gestures☺️ They will also take photos for everyone for free and upload them to the group. If necessary, you can download the pictures yourself~ Snorkeling is fun, the sea water is very clear, and the fish Many 🐟beautiful. Due to safety considerations, the snorkeling area will be restricted, but it is enough. The snorkeling time is about 2 hours; there are also some sea activities that can be purchased by paying cash on the boat!

Parasailing 🪂 is very chill and not scary at all. It’s the most unique way to enjoy the blue sky and ocean at Okinawa. Snorkelling 🤿 is also good as the coral 🪸 reef is really massive and amazing. Heads-up: a bit seasick on the way back.

Although I had known that the coaches on this trip would all speak Japanese, I thought that Japanese service should be professional. However, after actually participating, I found that the coaches mainly serve Japanese people. Maybe the coach is worried about language communication barriers! This is my first parasailing experience, and it’s pretty good, but I hope the instructor can help take photos and share the QR code! In addition, I don’t think the snorkeling arrangements are perfect. The on-site process is a bit messy and I can’t figure out the instructor in charge. Which one is it? Have a question and don’t know who to contact? It feels a bit like being grazed by cows! The underwater scenery of snorkeling on uninhabited islands is also unsatisfactory. Overall, if you just want to snorkel, I don’t recommend taking this trip!

It is cost-effective. You can make reservations by phone and can communicate in Chinese. It is well arranged and the snorkeling time is sufficient, but there is only one point and the safety measures are sufficient.

nice experience in Okinawa, feeling so great

I booked several tours for 3 days in Okinawa, and this was the first time a tour company contacted me the day before! There were a few incidents with the booking, but the staff was friendly and helpful, so I had a great time. It was the most enjoyable snorkeling experience during my Okinawa trip. Highly recommend it! ^^ Next time, I want to do it all day long. Hehe

The day before the event, I will communicate via gmail and my designated what's app about the meeting point for the next day. The staff will try their best to explain in simple English and pay attention to the snorkeling status of the group members at all times. It's great! I paid extra to see the turtles at my own expense. Fortunately, I saw the turtles, but the members of the other boat did not see them. Just like the aurora, it was all luck!

The trip was wonderful: everything was quick, you don't even notice the heat, everyone was very polite, and the guides were simply amazing (they showed us everything, told us stories, helped with masks and fins, and even brought up starfish from the seabed). We felt like we were in the movie "The Little Mermaid."
