• Re-entry is not permitted.
• Identity verification is required. Please bring your passport (original) for identity verification upon entry. *Copies or photos may not be accepted for entry.
• Regarding overseas sales prices: This ticket includes overseas payment and sales fees, so it differs from the general sales price in Japan. Please be aware of this in advance.
• Regarding weekend/holiday tickets (no time specified / valid all day):
• These are specially set as highly convenient limited tickets with "no time specified (valid all day)" so that customers from overseas can enjoy sightseeing without worrying about transportation disruptions or changes to their sightseeing schedule. (This is a flexible ticket exclusively for overseas customers, not sold in Japan).
• Please note the final admission time: Although the ticket is valid all day, you will not be able to enter if you miss the facility's final admission time (30 minutes before closing). Please check the business hours and arrive with plenty of time.
• Please aim to view the exhibition within approximately 60 minutes.
• You cannot go against the flow of the route inside the exhibition hall.
• Photography and video recording are permitted inside the venue, but video recording of video exhibits is prohibited. The use of flashes, selfie sticks, tripods, etc., may be restricted by staff if they compromise safety or obstruct other visitors.
• The merchandise area is only available to ticket holders (the cafe is open to everyone).
• If exhibits, equipment, etc., are damaged or harmed due to the customer's intentional act or negligence, we may claim compensation for repair costs, etc.
